When I started studying coding, I realized that you can combine your passions with literally any other skill. Having multiple skills doesn’t mean you’re uncertain about what you want to become, but simply makes you more fruitful. I saw people older than me participating, and so I realized, “Why would it be too late for me?”.

At first I was quite nervous and insecure about joining. As a dropout who hadn’t been schooling for over 5 years, it was surreal reliving a school-like experience. Socializing had become difficult for me, as I was sort of isolated during the years I didn’t go to school.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the Python bootcamp organized by Techpatriate Services in collaboration with the Brekete Family. This program has provided me with a solid foundation in programming, data handling, and backend web development using Python, marking the beginning of my journey into the tech field and my transition into a career as a web developer.
